Michelle Ochoa and Laura Cruz of Rutgers University-Newark, won 1st and 2nd place, respectively, in the student poster presentation at the APICS International Conference in San Antonio, TX in October 2017. Over 50 scholars participated. Congratulations!


Our Greater North Jersey Chapter partners with local universities and colleges to help make our programs successful. We would like to recognize Seton Hall University and their APICS Student Chapter for their contributions! GREATER NORTH JERSEY CHAPTER BY-LAW UPDATE FOR MEMBERSHIP REVIEW


The Greater North Jersey Chapter of APICS reviews its By-Laws on an annual basis. The By-Laws govern the chapter and provide guidance to the Board of Directors on chapter management and compliance. As per Article XVI, Section B., of the current By-Laws, notices of any proposed amendments or changes to these By-Laws shall be, "posted on the Chapter’s website at least 15 days prior to the meetings at which such amendments or changes shall be considered. All amendments shall be presented in text where they belong, and appropriately indicated as a change. Any Chapter Member may propose an amendment to the Bylaws."

As such, please see attached red-lined amended by-laws, as passed by the Board of Directors at their meeting on October 26, 2017. APICS Greater North Jersey Members have until the December 14, 2017 Professional Development Meeting to propose and changes to these amendments. By-Law amendments cannot be finalized until the membership has had at least 15 days prior to the meeting to review the amendments and propose any changes, if necessary. Please note your APICS membership ID number in any communications regarding these By-Laws amendments.
